I am a Research Associate at UC San Diego HDSI working with Prof. Duncan Watson-Parris and Prof. Rose Yu.
In June 2026 I completed my MS in computer science at UC San Diego, where I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Rose Yu. My research included LLM time-series reasoning, agentic AI systems for weather science, and long-term neural weather forecasting.
Previously I earned my Bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics at UC Berkeley. I then spent five years as a software engineer at The Voleon Group, an ML-focused quantitative hedge fund. At UCSD, my graduate coursework covered both theoretical and applied machine learning.
I am open to 2027 industry research and research engineering roles.
